UK’s first CBR/Special Risk workshop from Matom Ltd
May saw Matom’s first CBR/Special Risk workshop. In partnership with the Continuity Forum and selected partners, and based on Matom’s R2R solution, Matom delivered a unique workshop focussed upon CBR and Special Risks to organisations’ operational abilities to do business before, through and following a CBR or HAZMAT incident.
Held at the prestigious British Airways’ Waterside building the workshop was well received by attendees and an informative interactive day was had by all. With specialist briefings from Matt Tuck (Managing Director – Matom Ltd), Malcolm Baker (Ex – Head of Organizational, Business and Operational Risk Management at Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Command), Andy May(Director Risk and Resilience, Total Security Management – Mitie) and Russell Price (Chairman – Continuity Forum), the workshops provided specialist support and hard to find information dealing with CBR and Special risks.
Following the success of the workshop, several organisations have sought Matom to provide bespoke 1/2 and 1 day workshops to train and educate Business Continuity/Risk Managers within their organisation.
