Experienced Health Physics Operations Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Management of Health Physics resource on all UK sites.
• Allocation of Health Physics resource in to foreign projects including;
USA, Middle East and Far East and potentially worldwide.
• Operation within Matom’s Integrated Management Systems.
• Support and training to Health Physics resource.
• Recruitment of Health Physics personnel and operatives.
• Working to KPI’s and development of Matom’s continuous improvement programme.
• Staff periodic performance reviews.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience of Health Physics in a management role and have a good current knowledge of the available UK Health Physics resources. The candidate should also have:
• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• High level of customer care skills.
• Excellent man-management skills.
• A good understanding of the Microsoft Office application.
• Understanding of customer operational HP grades.
• Experience working to ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
This is a full time, permanent position. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.

Import/Export Administrator
As Matom continues to expand we have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator (Bangor/Llandudno area). The suitable person will be responsible for the import and export of goods and services to and from various countries around the world including the USA, Middle and Far East, India and the UK.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Import and export of goods and services.
• Shipping and logistics.
• Reporting intrastats.
• Legal compliance for taxation and licensing.
• General administration duties as required.
• Support to management staff.
• Operation within Matom’s Integrated Management Systems.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in import and exports and be fully conversant with the shipping and legal requirements for the import and export of goods and services both in and out of the UK and also from foreign country to foreign country including both in and out of the EU. Candidates should also have:
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• High level numeracy and literacy.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• A “can do” attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on own.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Experience in the tender/proposal process is desirable.
This is a part/full time, permanent position. Remuneration is commensurate with experience.
