Radioactive contamination found on Japanese exported goods

Singapore and Thailand have reported that vegetables received from Japan have been found to be contaminated with low levels of radioactive materials following the Fukushima Daiichi Power Plant disaster. Whilst several planes have also been found to be contaminated in China and the US, the levels are below the safety levels recommended by the responsible governments.

However, concerns are now raised as to the safety of products imported from Japan. Matom has been contacted by multiple companies in the UK with concerns over the safety of imported goods from Japan.
